Terms and Conditions
Rules for using the platform, accounts, mock assessments and simulated placement tools.
Status
This draft is prepared for review and is not legally approved or effective until STONECODE publishes a dated final version after qualified legal review.
The service
STONECODE provides educational practice, analysis and administrative tools. Mock results, AI explanations and simulated placement outcomes are informational and are not official WAEC results, GES decisions or CSSPS placements. Electronic purchases and notices must be presented consistently with Ghana’s Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772), subject to legal review.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use only accounts they are authorised to access, and promptly report suspected compromise. Users must not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, upload malicious code, bypass access controls or use another person’s student information.
Schools and authorised users
A school is responsible for its authorised users, the accuracy of submitted records, lawful instructions, notices to families, and promptly removing access when a person leaves the school.
Payments and availability
Prices and entitlements are shown before checkout. School licences are fixed-term and do not renew automatically unless the checkout expressly says otherwise. A PIN is fulfilled when issued or made available for the purchased purpose. If a charge succeeds but the service or PIN is not delivered, contact kwamestonecode@gmail.com with the transaction reference. Refund requests are assessed against the displayed checkout terms, provider reversals and applicable law; nothing in these terms removes a non-waivable statutory right. Payment providers may apply their own terms.
Suspension and termination
STONECODE or the school may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect accounts or student data, respond to suspected misuse, comply with law, or address overdue payment. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a chance to resolve the issue. On termination, school records may be exported or deleted according to the school agreement, applicable law and documented retention schedule.
